When ForumWP is active, Ultimate Member profile breaks!

Hi, we just installed Forum WP and have discovered that when this plugin is active (even just the free version) the link to the user's Ultimate Member profile breaks (error too many redirects). I have installed the Ultimate Member Forum WP Integration plugin, but that did not help.
We are currently unable to use both of these plugins together! Help!
