Shortcode not grabbing the Forum ID

When I add the forum shortcode with specific forum ID, the forum and topics display correctly.

The problem is when I hit the "new topic" button. I can write the topic - but when I hit "submit topic", I get an error message that says "Empty Forum ID".

I've checked and double checked the shortcode. This is what I've pasted: [fmwp_forum id="823" / ]
