New Topic Button Doesn’t Launch Modal

The issue:

  1. When I use a shortcode, the new topic button doesn't launch the modal to add the topic.
  2. When I hit the new topic button on the root "topic" page (which contains the shortcode as well), the modal doesn't launch.

New topic button only works when I use the button off a forum root page. For example: forum/myforumname.

I could be wrong, but digging into this, it looks like script id="tmpl-fmwp-topic" isn't being loaded into footer scripts when using shortcodes.

Other bits of information: I've tried this with different themes, plugins turned off, etc and still have the same issue.
