Issues with post and comment modal on mobile devices

Having some issues with the displaying of the post and comment modal on mobile devices. 

*The loading symbol of the preview often gets in the way of the submit topic. (Is there any way to disable the preview entirely?)

*After a certain amount of writing users can no longer see my entire post or scroll down to the bottom. 

I'm using your UM theme.
