Incorrect generation of the link in the e-mail notifications

Hello, everyone,
currently I get an error in the generation of a login or topics or forum link in the email notification. The link, which is generated when sending the message, starts with the error: "http://https:/". The former is prefixed by Wordpress to a text part marked as hyperlink. The second part is missing a "/" in the generation. Is such an error already known? I use the placeholders {login_url}; {topic_url} and {forum_url} in the templates. Apparently the link behind this placeholder is generated incorrectly. If the link is corrected manually, it is clear that it works properly.
Could you help me there?
