  • Support requests take a very long time to be responded to.
  • When someone does reply to a support request, the reply sometimes disappears or doesn't actually attempt to resolve the issue. A ticketing system would work so much better so that as a paying customer, it actually feels like our case is being worked on and is assigned to an engineer that updates us on the case to resolution.
  • Core features aren't working, e.g. attaching images on mobile.
  • Development seems very slow, no updates or bugfixes for some time; the last update being 11 months ago?
