How to remove the background on the Login/Registration page

On my site I renamed https://www.fiberocity.com/login as https://www.fiberocity.com/login-um/
I would prefer to make it my main login page because of the registration function on it, but I can't read the text, and I can't figure out where to edit the CSS for that page.
