Error migrating from BBPress, also need help adding profile page

Hi,
We recently purchased the Pro version of the plugin and have just installed it on our live site. I'm getting an error message when I try to import our forums from BBPress:

Also, I think I accidentally closed the notification about creating new pages for the plugin, including the profile page for users. Is there a way to trigger that notification again? I couldn't find an option to create the pages in the plugin settings. We mainly need the Profile page created since we don't allow public registration and already have the existing forum pages from BBPress.
