Cannot get Classic Editor working with Topics and Replies

Tried just about everything. Did a fresh install with just forumWP and Pro and Ultimate Member. Also installed classic editor plugin.

The classic editor just does not show in topics and replies.

Can somebody help. I can get as far as your HTML editor I am entering this topic into now. Need the full WYSIWYG. Thank you.
