Users cannot post topics or replies despite correct settings!

Hi, we are finding that our users are unable to post topics or replies, even though we have specifically set the forum to be open to their user role. In fact in the "UM Permissions" box we went ahead and selected every single user role on the site, so that you basically only have to be logged in to reply or post. But even this setting does not work. Only Admins are able to see the "Reply" button. 

We are using ForumWP Pro along with Ultimate Member (so we have "ForumWP", "ForumWP - Pro" and Ultimate Member - ForumWP" plugins running.
