Hello,
Apologies for posting this as a topic - I have not been able to find a support email to ask directly. We are having many bugs with critical features in the pro version (forums not loading, embedded videos not loading) and would like to request a refund as I think it is unusable for us at this point. Please let me know if there is somewhere I should ask that would be more helpful. Thank you.
