I cancelled my subscription but I was charged

Hello,

I cancelled my plugin subscription but I was charged $99. I don't know if it is a timezone issue but here it is still 11:45 p.m and my subscription renews tomorrow but I was charged about 20 minutes ago and it is not yet the renewal date.

This is the second time I am facing a payment issue. I asked for a refund in this thread: https://forumwpplugin.com/topic/cannot-create-new-topics-replies-in-the-front-end/ and my refund was never processed even though I did not use the plugin as explained in the thread and today I have been charged again.
