Forums not loading

Just installed this plugin to work along with UM for discussions. The list appears fine on the Forum page itself:

https://staging.messy-chalk.flywheelsites.com/forums 

username: flywheel

pw: lyrical-team

But when you try to click into the forum or the topic it gives a blank page: http://staging.messy-chalk.flywheelsites.com/forum/test/

I've tried changing themes, deactivating all the plugins, clearing cache, and hard refreshing the page but nothing seems to work. Can I get some troubleshooting help?
