We have Post Moderation activated and replies are set to Pending by default and require approval.
We also have the "Pending reply needs reviewed" email switched and setup properly.
We use an SMTP solution for emails and test confirm our website is sending emails properly (and this works fine for other plugins).
I would appreciate urgent assistance.
